Job Title

Customer Quality, Senior Manager (CQM)

Responsibilities

- OEM focal point to ensure that initial “quality” issues are addressed and resolved in line with customer expectations, identify systemic issues and drive resolution.
- Create an environment of increased accountability and involvement in decisions, display confidence in others’ abilities, and seek to understand the customer and represent their needs.
- Play an influential leadership role across the value stream by actively participating and contributing to the PMTs and PMMTs in order to accelerate resolution of systemic issues, OEM interventions and high‑visibility escapes.
- Provide visibility on major issues at OEMs as part of the weekly Quality Clinics and by interfacing with all required organizations.
- Focus on root‑cause analysis and ensure that lessons learned are turned into changes in process or standard work.
- Play a role in defining and implementing tools (dashboards, etc.) to provide visibility, analyze trends, identify systemic issues and drive resolution of OEMIs and mitigation of potential future escapes and/or future interventions at the OEM and field.
- Skills around data and data management, continuous improvement, PLM and programming would be an asset.

Qualifications





- Engineering degree
- 10 years of experience in the aeronautical industry
- Good communicator, influencer and team player
- Strategic leadership, forward‑thinking mindset
- Customer focus and results orientation
- Technical knowledge of PWC products
- Skills around data and data management, continuous improvement, PLM and programming would be an asset

Hours & Location

Full‑time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in Longueuil, exclusively on‑site.
