This full-time managerial role requires strong leadership and financial acumen. You will focus on developing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring excellent product presentation. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, driving both engagement and profitability in your department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and develop department staff for customer engagement
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory control
• Create an engaging shopping experience for customers
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory policies
• Monitor financial performance and sales forecasting
Requirements:
• 18 months of retail experience, meat experience preferred
• High School Diploma required
• Strong knowledge of store and department operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills required
