Enhance procurement processes as an IT Procurement Manager. Cultivate relationships with IT, Finance, and Procurement while coordinating new vendor engagements and governance activities.
You will play a critical role in managing contract terms and conditions, ensuring they are accurately entered into the department database. The position requires developing strong working relationships across departments to acquire necessary approvals and provide timely updates. Collaboration is key for effectively managing supplier agreements and issuing requests for quotes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and gather contract terms for obligations
• Maintain department contract database with key terms
• Collaborate with IT and Finance for approvals




• Coordinate recent vendor onboarding activities
• Analyze quotes and recommend suppliers
Requirements:
• University degree in Business or equivalent
• 1-3 years in procurement or contract analysis
• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills
• Advanced spreadsheet knowledge, especially Google Workspace
• Bilingual in French and/or Spanish preferred
