As an Investment Application Specialist, you will leverage your knowledge of investment products, particularly Segregated Funds, while enhancing the overall performance of the team. Your responsibilities include thorough application scrubbing, communications with advisors for critical information, and operating within back-office systems. You will also manage email inquiries, maintain accurate data on WealthServ, and execute transactions and trades.

Key Responsibilities:



• Scrub applications to meet stringent SLAs • Communicate with advisors for required signatures • Enter applications into the WealthServ system • Complete transactions and trades efficiently • Respond to email requests and inquiries

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in insurance/financial services • Specialized knowledge of investment products • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Knowledge of WealthServ is an asset • Post-secondary education or equivalent
