Deliver essential IT operations support as a skilled IT Operations Specialist. Engage in equipment setup, project support, and remote assistance for corporate offices and job sites.
This role is a pivotal entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work closely with IT Operations. You will support day-to-day operations, manage deployments, and maintain hardware throughout its lifecycle. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with teams to ensure smooth IT operations at various locations while adhering to IT policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote and in-person IT support
• Manage equipment setup and lifecycle
• Design and manage job site configurations
• Oversee decommissioning of IT assets
• Participate in project estimates and sourcing
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Information Services
• Experience with HP, Cisco, and Apple systems
• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies is preferred
• Robust knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
