Become an essential Payroll Administrator within a general office setting. Manage earnings statements, update financial data, and handle benefit administration in a collaborative environment.
This on-site role requires you to prepare statements of earnings and maintain payroll records. You'll store and retrieve financial data while also performing clerical duties and handling human resources tasks. Expect to compile reports and inform employees about payroll and benefit plans as part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare earnings statements and payroll reports
• Store, update, and retrieve financial records
• Perform clerical and administrative duties
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records
• Inform staff about payroll and perks
Requirements:
• 7 months to less than 1 year experience
• Post-secondary certificate or diploma required
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Simply Accounting
• Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word
• Organized with attention to detail
Utilize your accounting and organizational skills effectively to ensure accurate payroll processing in a dedicated office role.
