Your Responsibilities

- You will act as a subject matter expert across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR and Talent Management
- You will troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal performance
- In this role, you will configure, test, and document system enhancements aligned with client needs
- You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to support end-to-end system operations




- You will guide clients on best practices and support compliance with relevant standards
- You will assess quarterly system updates and recommend improvements and next steps

Skills and Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions in a consulting or support capacity
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR and Talent Management
- Experience with system integrations, data analysis, and SQL is considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly
- Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as IT, Business, or Computer Science
