AI is being incorporated as an enabling layer across the platform, supporting more real-time, data-driven decisioning across products.
About The Role Director, Credit Risk Modeling & Analytics — you will build and operate the systems that power credit decisioning. You are responsible for how risk is modeled, measured, and executed in production systems. This role sits at the core of how credit strategy is translated into real-world outcomes. You will work closely with the Head of Credit Risk and leadership, with direct exposure to how portfolio decisions are made and how capital is deployed. This is a hands-on role focused on building, implementing, and improving real-world systems, not just producing analysis.

What You’ll Own
Development and evolution of credit risk models and predictive frameworks
Portfolio analytics, cohort analysis, and performance measurement
Experimentation frameworks to test and improve underwriting performance
Implementation and maintenance of decision logic within production systems
Analytics infrastructure, including dashboards and reporting systems
Data pipelines and systems supporting risk decisioning
Execution of credit policies within systems to ensure consistency and accuracy
Leadership of a small analytics and decisioning team
Continuous improvement of tooling, automation, and scalability
Development of decisioning systems that can extend across multiple product lines
What You Bring
7–12 years of experience in credit risk, modeling, or analytics
Strong foundation in statistical modeling and data analysis
Experience working with real-world portfolios and production systems
Proven ability to build and scale modeling, analytics, and decisioning systems
Solid technical skills (SQL, Python, data platforms)
Ability to translate strategy and analysis into production execution
Builder mindset with a focus on systems, not just models
Strong attention to detail and ownership of implementation quality
Interest in applying decisioning frameworks beyond lending over time
Strong communication across technical and business stakeholders
Comfort operating in a lean, high-accountability environment
