As Quality Lead, your primary responsibility will be to execute the project-specific Quality Program, ensuring comprehensive compliance with standards and regulations. Your guidance will enhance the performance of both the QC Inspectors and project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise quality inspections and assess compliance • Train and guide QC Inspectors on best practices • Ensure timely documentation and reporting • Facilitate communication with clients and inspection agencies • Maintain adherence to company quality standards
Requirements: • Educational background in QA/QC or related fields • At least 5 years in a quality assurance lead role • Understanding of nuclear and non-nuclear codes • Effective communication and organizational abilities • Certification as a Level II Weld Inspector preferred
