In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with various departments to ensure workforce data is reliable and effectively communicated. Your work will directly inform key business decisions through clear, accurate reporting and analytics. Engage in benchmarking, pay analysis, and monitor workforce metrics to enhance talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Run scheduled and ad hoc reports to validate data accuracy
• Develop dashboards for clear workforce insights
• Conduct market benchmarking for compensation analysis
• Monitor internal pay relationships for equity and consistency
• Support process improvements through data governance practices
Requirements:
• 3+ years in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
• Education in Data Analytics or related field
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP
• Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools
