This seasonal position reports to the Superintendent of Waterfront Operations. Key Responsibilities: • Provide safety briefings prior to tours • Navigate routes and maintain passenger safety • Deliver engaging, informative commentary • Assist with passenger needs and boarding • Handle emergencies calmly and professionally
Requirements: • Certification in SDV-BS and SVOP required • Knowledge of Marine Basic First Aid is beneficial • Excellent public speaking and customer service skills • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends • Certification in Standard First Aid required within 60 days
