Drive exceptional user experiences as a User Engagement Technician. Deliver front-line services, provide IT support, and enhance library resource accessibility for diverse user groups in a supportive environment.
In this temporary role, you will coordinate projects and prioritize tasks to optimize library services. Responsibilities include providing assistance and training for users, ensuring optimal use of library resources, and managing specialized equipment. You’ll engage closely with librarians and other stakeholders to promote effective communication and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate library service quality and user assistance
• Provide technical expertise and IT support to users




• Conduct workshops on library resources and tools
• Facilitate collaboration with librarians on user needs
• Organize special initiatives promoting library usage
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
• At least 1 year in project coordination
• Knowledge of integrated library systems preferred
• Bilingual in French and English is mandatory
