Responsibilities

- Design user-centric solutions for our budgeting app and finance resource hub, from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to ensure designs meet our high standards of usability and excellence.
- Utilize user research and feedback to iterate and refine designs.
- Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
- Advocate for design best practices,



ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in all aspects of our product.

Skills Required

- Proven experience in product design, particularly within the Fin-Tech or similar industries.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and understanding of HTML/CSS principles.
- Solid portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for presenting design ideas and prototypes.

Nice to Haves

- Experience with motion design and prototyping.
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Knowledge of current Fin-Tech trends and a passion for financial technology innovation.
