• Process payroll using SAP Employee Central Payroll ECP
• Validate earnings, deductions, and taxes for accuracy
• Manage employee benefits administration and data flow
• Monitor payroll system controls and error logs
• Ensure compliance with tax legislation and documentation
Requirements:
• 5–10+ years in payroll and benefits administration
• Experience in unionized and healthcare environments
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP preferred
• Certification as Payroll Compliance Practitioner or Certified Payroll Manager
