This in-office position emphasizes the dual focus on People Operations and Workplace Experience. You will support high-volume tasks, ensure compliance with Canadian HR regulations, and enhance the employee experience. Contribute actively to building a robust culture while enjoying the challenges of a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding
• Manage HR inquiries and maintain accurate HRIS
• Support payroll processes including commissions and bonuses
• Oversee daily office operations and supplies
• Implement employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• 3+ years in People Operations or HR
• Strong knowledge of Canadian HR practices
• Detail-oriented with administrative workflow experience
• Skilled in payroll processes and compliance
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and creating processes
