Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Functional Associate ERP Implementer. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience in ERP implementation is required . The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the necessary skills for a successful career in ERP implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and clients to understand their business processes and system requirements.
- Work closely with senior team members to gather and document client needs.
- Assist in preparing project documentation and reports.
- Conduct system analysis and gap-fit analysis to identify areas where customization or configuration may be required .
- Configure and customize the Epicor ERP system based on client requirements using tools like Epicor Administration Console and BPM .
- Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation for system modifications or enhancements .
- Provide end-user training and support during system implementation and post-implementation phases .
- Assist in creating test plans, test scripts, and conducting system testing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the implemented solutions .
- Address and troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operation .
- Collaborate with technical teams to communicate business requirements and facilitate system changes or enhancements .
- Stay updated with the latest Epicor ERP functionalities, trends, and best practices and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Participate in project meetings, communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders, and provide regular status reports.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's D egree in Information Technology , Business / Finance / Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within project timelines .
- A solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of business processes is a plus
