Support compliance initiatives as an Administrative Clerk focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance operations. Provide clerical assistance, manage documentation, and coordinate meetings in this temporary full-time role.
The ideal candidate will assist the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Coordinator in organizing documentation and maintaining records. This role encompasses tracking action items, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will engage in audits and support compliance documentation preparation within a cooperative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
• Organize electronic files in SharePoint and manage version control
• Audit compliance documentation to ensure regulatory alignment
• Gather evidence for audits and certifications like ISO 27001
• Assist in data entry and correspondence management
Requirements:
• Enrolled in or graduated from a relevant program
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially SharePoint
• Strong communication and typing skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks within deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings
