We are looking for a strategic powerhouse to lead one of our flagship accounts, serving as the primary bridge between our client’s business goals and our internal execution teams.

The Role As the

Business Lead (Account Director) , you will own the P&L;, strategy, and long-term growth roadmap for a major consumer brand. You aren't just checking boxes in the Amazon Advertising console; you are advising the client on inventory, margin, multi-channel attribution, and how to win the "Digital Shelf" across the entire retail landscape. Base Salary is $120,000

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

(Omnichannel Roadmap): Develop and execute an annual growth strategy that integrates Amazon (1P/3P), Walmart Connect, and Criteo.

Media Mix Modeling : Advise the client on the optimal split between Sponsored Products, Amazon DSP, and upper‑funnel tactics like Paid Social and Search.

Business Intelligence : Translate complex data sets into actionable "C‑Suite" insights, focusing on ROAS, TACOS, and New‑to‑Brand (NTB) growth.

Client Management & Retention : Act as the primary strategic consultant for a major brand,



building deep relationships with their VP and C‑level stakeholders.

Team & Operational Oversight : Lead a dedicated team of Amazon Specialists and Media Buyers to ensure flawless execution of the strategy. Quality control for all client deliverables, ensuring high standards for reporting, creative briefs, and campaign setups.

The Ideal Profile

Amazon Mastery : Deep, hands‑on experience with

Amazon Sponsored Ads

and

Amazon DSP

(Programmatic). You understand how DSP influences the "Halo Effect" on organic sales.

Retail Media Breadth : High proficiency in

Walmart Connect ,

Criteo , or

Instacart Ads . You understand that the retail media landscape extends far beyond Seattle.

Full‑Funnel Thinking : A solid advantage if you have experience in

Paid Social (Meta/TikTok)

and

Paid Search (Google)

to drive external traffic to retail listings.

Agency Veteran : 6–8+ years of experience in account management, with at least 3 years focused specifically on Amazon/Retail Media.
