As an AMS Consultant, you'll manage functional and technical workstreams while working with the Global Delivery Center team. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage functional/technical workstreams for assigned accounts • Execute AMS methodologies across Workday engagements • Collaborate with global teams on day-to-day activities • Provide on-call support during holidays as needed • Develop reporting dashboards to enhance Workday utilization
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years Workday HCM Configuration experience • Client-facing experience in managed services • Workday certification preferred • Solid analytical and communication skills
