As a hands-on analyst, you will act as the first contact point for clients, delivering critical tech support in data centers and cloud systems. Your role includes monitoring service health, troubleshooting, and escalating issues while collaborating with internal teams effectively. You will also manage documentation and contribute to improving service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor systems across data centers and cloud environments
• Provide initial troubleshooting for client-reported technical issues
• Record tickets and maintain accurate documentation




• Collaborate with teams to enhance service quality
• Participate in major incident response coordination
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a computer-related field
• 1+ year of technical support experience
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux servers
• Familiarity with networking troubleshooting tools
