Reporting to the Project Team, the Project Administrator is pivotal in coordinating site activities. This role emphasizes organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You’ll track attendance, handle invoicing, establish supplier accounts, and prepare job packages efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and apply organizational policies and regulations
• Track and report attendance of site personnel
• Handle and distribute invoices for approvals
• Create and submit project billing documentation
• Maintain an organized filing system on site
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Engineering preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with SAP is an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
