Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual compensation planning and communication processes • Analyze compensation practices and trends for improvement • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on proposals • Provide technical guidance and support on compensation issues • Participate in projects related to compensation costing
Requirements: • 5–7 years progressive HR experience • 3 years job analysis and compensation experience • University degree or professional designation required • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
