Internal Communications Manager

Belcan Inc. is looking for a Communications Manager to develop and implement communications campaigns to align with the overarching company strategy.

Responsibilities

- Execute communications strategies, including the development and execution of comprehensive communications that drive key messages, support business objectives, and reach key stakeholders (primarily employees, and sometimes external community) through a variety of impactful methods and channels.
- Plan and execute clear, concise, and compelling employee engagement communications, specifically targeting frontline employees (hourly and salary).
- Engage hourly/onsite employees by optimizing communication with production associates, illustrating how they play a key role.
- Work with different departments to seek opportunities to share employee stories, including company leaders, and develop thought‑leadership content to strengthen employee awareness of company values and culture.
- Support the evolution of culture and transformation through transparent, translated,



engaging content shared with all employees worldwide.
- Lead communications for union negotiations when applicable.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure effective communication of organizational and executive announcements and employee‑relations strategies.
- Continuously measure the effectiveness of communications and course‑correct as needed.
- Support leadership in all other functional communications priorities when needed.

Experience and Education

- Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a communications role.
- Experience working in a large organization.
- Experience with internal communications and B2B environment.

Skills and Knowledge

- Bilingual English and French (written and oral communication).
- Capacity to work in a rapid‑paced environment with a high workload.
- Good interpersonal skills – ability to work collaboratively in a team.
