In this role, you will support a complex operations team, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders. Your expertise will help enhance performance management, improve labor relations, and strengthen employee engagement. Additionally, you will provide guidance on HR policies and facilitate effective change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders to create actionable people strategies
• Foster strong relationships with employees and union representatives
• Support performance management through coaching and feedback
• Lead investigations and conflict resolution efforts
• Analyze workforce data to recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field
• 5+ years HR experience; minimum 2 years unionized setting
• Strong background in employee relations and performance management
• Knowledge of employment legislation and labor practices
• CPHR designation preferred
