We encourage staff development, value open communication and share our collective success.About the Job We are looking for a sales skilled who is resident in the Vancouver, BC area that has creativity, energy, inspires teamwork and collaboration, an outgoing personality, an interest in investments, the ability to simplify and communicate complex investment concepts, and a robust work ethic.What You Will Do: Primary ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with SVP, Sales on executing best practices and optimal territory management for the BC area; Design and implement business plan for ETF sales campaigns with concise management reporting of activities and sales; Activities include booking and conducting meetings, expense reporting and travel scheduling; Meetings include one on one, group and branch presentations, roadshows, social activities with advisors in the CIRO dealer channel; Nurture existing clients and develop strong ongoing relationships with new prospects and top advisors; andParticipate in weekly sales calls for territory overview, identify key opportunities and action plan for closing sales.Secondary ResponsibilitiesCommunication of fund features,



performance and PM views to investors and advisors; Assist with the development of marketing documents in support of our product suite; Communicate feedback from meetings that contribute to the development of potential new product investments; Liaise with contacts in the investment advisor community to obtain market intelligence; Provide input for the development of documentation supporting new products; Provide recommendations for the ongoing development of the company’s website; andParticipate in other projects and tasks as required.Your QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of outside wholesaling experience in the investment funds industry with comprehensive knowledge of ETFsDeep relationship with CIRO advisors and a strong understanding of dealer platformsHigh level of motivation and energy with a desire to be proactive in generating activity and salesExperience in Salesforce or similar contact management system is a mustExperience with CIRO advisors strongly preferred (ETFs or mutual funds)BComm, CIM/CFA or other similar qualifications are a plusWhat We Offer:Highly competitive compensation including attractive sales and discretionary bonus opportunities; Attractive group health and dental benefits and LTD and Life insurance; Versatile paid vacation and illness days; Generous GroupRRSP matching plan; Training opportunities along with support for tuition for relevant courses; andA people-first firm that values input and ideas from all staff.LocationApplicants must reside in the immediate vicinity of Vancouver, British Columbia and must be prepared to travel regularly within the provincePosition to be filled immediatelyBase salary range of $100,000 to $130,000The base salary range for this role reflects the breadth of experience and proficiency we are willing to consider.
