Lead impactful product training programs as a Senior Customer Education Specialist. Deliver engaging virtual instructor-led training while shaping the future of customer education through cutting-edge learning methodologies.
This senior role emphasizes the development of comprehensive enablement sessions to empower users effectively. You will partner with instructional designers, deliver high-impact training, and adapt materials to align with customer needs. Additionally, mentoring fellow facilitators and contributing to cross-functional initiatives will be central to your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and iterate vILT curriculum with product SMEs
• Deliver high-impact virtual training sessions




• Facilitate interactive learning experiences across platforms
• Mentor and support other facilitators
• Champion customer education in cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• 6+ years in instructional delivery or technical training
• Strong software product understanding; SaaS preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with virtual learning tools (e.g. Zoom)
• Proven ability to lead and mentor peers
Utilize your expertise to enhance learning experiences, driving engagement and knowledge application for customers.
