You will handle the recruitment process, including candidate selection and onboarding, and lead performance management initiatives. Your role will also involve analyzing employee engagement data to foster a responsive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and candidate support
• Serve as a point of contact for employee issues
• Support performance management and tracking systems




• Conduct employee engagement surveys and report findings
• Ensure maintenance of HR records and policies
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in HR roles
• CPHR designation preferred or actively pursuing
• Proficient in BC and Alberta employment standards
• Familiarity with HRIS, preferably HiBob
• Experiential background in conducting engagement surveys
