Elevate employee experience as a dedicated HR Manager. Champion recruitment, performance management, and compliance while cultivating a supportive, high-performing culture.
This position focuses on supporting HR functions, guiding managers in employee relations, and managing daily operations. You will handle the recruitment process, including candidate selection and onboarding, and lead performance management initiatives. Your role will also involve analyzing employee engagement data to foster a responsive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and candidate support
• Serve as a point of contact for employee issues
• Support performance management and tracking systems




• Conduct employee engagement surveys and report findings
• Ensure maintenance of HR records and policies
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in HR roles
• CPHR designation preferred or actively pursuing
• Proficient in BC and Alberta employment standards
• Familiarity with HRIS, preferably HiBob
• Experiential background in conducting engagement surveys
Enhance HR operations while driving talent management and engagement initiatives to foster a thriving workplace.
