Lead aquatics programs as a dedicated Team Lead. Ensure participant satisfaction through effective program planning, execution, and safety management at a community-focused facility.
This part-time position involves overseeing aquatic program delivery and maintaining secure operations at the facility. You will provide leadership on the pool deck, assist in managing incidents, and ensure compliance with best practices. Your role includes coordinating events, engaging participants, and contributing to staff development and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver aquatic program activities and special events
• Lead on the pool deck during scheduled classes
• Ensure safety procedures are followed rigorously




• Coordinate activities and manage scheduling efficiently
• Assist in staff onboarding and ongoing development
Requirements:
• Completion of a relevant college/university program
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR C certifications
• National Lifeguard certification in good standing
• Minimum one year of leadership experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
