Become an integral part of our technology support team as an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist. Deliver essential IT break/fix services while ensuring exceptional customer support on-site in Windsor.
This temporary full-time position spans 8 weeks and focuses on providing technical assistance to member hospitals and clients. You'll be engaged in PC repairs, application installations, and troubleshooting while managing service tickets through effective communication. Collaborate closely with senior analysts and the tech support manager to resolve escalated issues efficiently and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage service tickets according to incident management
• Perform PC repairs and troubleshoot applications
• Configure and deploy current and repaired computers
• Provide first-level support for printer issues
• Support basic mobile devices and e-waste recycling
Requirements:
• Pursuing a diploma or degree in IT or Computer Science
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in healthcare or business environments is an asset
• Customer service experience is valuable
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
