In this pivotal role, you will manage personnel for a mobile crisis response team, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health and crisis management. Your responsibilities include staff supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations while maintaining program standards and operational readiness. Collaboration with leadership is essential for enhancing service quality and ensuring team support.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and support crisis response staff • Manage staff performance, coaching,



and development • Collaborate with leadership for program oversight • Ensure operational readiness and scheduling integrity • Conduct evaluations and manage performance improvement plans

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field • 5-7 years management experience with diverse teams • Experience in unionized environments and conflict resolution • Understanding of anti-colonial and anti-racist practices • Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License required
