As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will leverage 5-7 years of HR experience to enhance recruitment outcomes. This role is instrumental in managing proactive hiring strategies while facilitating the development of internal talent. Your strategic input will guide business leaders in translating priorities to effective recruitment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment from approval to acceptance • Collaborate with managers on hiring activity planning • Conduct recruitment intakes to clarify timelines and needs • Provide insights on labour market conditions and hiring strategies • Manage candidate screening, interviews, and offers of employment
Requirements: • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience • At least 3 years in direct recruitment functions • Degree or diploma in Business or HR required • Robust capability in business partnership and advising • High accountability with a solution-oriented mindset
