Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor Community Wellbeing team members
• Manage recruitment and employee lifecycle processes
• Administer progressive discipline and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop program policies and procedures
Requirements:
• University Degree in social services or equivalent
• 1-3 years in a leadership role
• 3-5 years in health or social fields
• Knowledge of health promotion strategies
• Valid G-class license required
