Elevate sales efficiency as a data-driven Sales Operations Analyst in a hybrid role. Optimize Salesforce systems, streamline processes, and provide exceptional support to sales teams across initiatives.
In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing sales operations. With over three years of CRM administration experience, you will manage Salesforce dashboards, prepare reports, and ensure data accuracy. Supporting national sales events, you will act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Compliance while juggling various tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Salesforce CRM dashboards and reporting accuracy
• Track leads, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
• Coordinate national sales events and related logistics




• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism
• Assist with data analysis and year-end performance tracking
Requirements:
• 3+ years in sales operations or CRM administration
• Experience in financial or investment sectors
• Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Robust Excel skills, including pivot tables
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Catalyze enhancements in sales processes and CRM management while supporting proactive business planning initiatives.
