In this full-time role, you will engage customers, resolve problems, and advise them on appropriate banking solutions. Build confidence in digital banking by educating clients on emerging trends while guiding them to the right contacts. Your responsibilities will also include assisting frontline staff with cash transactions and recommending improvements to enhance overall customer experiences.

Requirements:
• High School diploma with 1+ years relevant experience

• Ability to handle agile work environments
