Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a clean, hazard-free work setting
• Prepare and reset the Receiving Area daily
• Unload and sort merchandise from trailers
• Delegate and assist in overnight processing
• Provide training and feedback to team members
Requirements:
• Must be age 16 or older
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Familiarity with safety protocols
• Ability to maintain cold chain standards
• Experience with merchandising preferred
