Responsibilities
Build, develop, and lead a high-performance sales team with a robust focus on clienteling and conversion
Drive boutique revenue through disciplined KPI management, pipeline development, and sales leadership on the floor
Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-value clients, focusing on repeat business and long-term loyalty
Lead from the front by actively engaging clients during peak periods and high‑value transactions
Oversee all boutique operations including inventory control, merchandising standards, and brand execution
Recruit strategically, prioritizing quality of hire over speed to protect brand integrity
Partner with senior leadership to execute commercial strategies and capitalize on market opportunities
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in fine jewellery, luxury watches, or comparable high‑ticket retail environments
Strong track record of delivering against significant revenue targets, not just maintaining budget
Deep understanding of clienteling, relationship management, and long‑cycle sales
Ability to lead seasoned sales professionals, not just train junior staff
Highly polished presence with the confidence to engage a discerning, high‑net‑worth clientele
Operationally disciplined with a strong focus on execution
