In this pivotal role, you will coordinate Crime Prevention organizational activities and supervise team efforts aimed at enhancing community safety. Your responsibilities include hiring, training, and evaluating subordinates while fostering relationships that support community engagement. Success in this position involves making independent decisions that affect program delivery and safety initiatives. You will also prepare critical proposals and reports necessary for funding and program support.

Requirements: • Completion of grade 12 with relevant training • Experience in community-program promotion and supervision • Understanding of applicable policies and local legislation • Exceptional verbal and written communication • BC Driver's License required
