Responsibilities

- Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, workplace policies, NDAs, and compensation plans
- Handling human rights issues, internal investigations, and disciplinary matters
- Advising on termination strategies and litigating post-employment disputes
- Supporting compliance with occupational health and safety and employment standards
- Providing labour relations counsel, including collective bargaining and arbitration
- Developing drug and alcohol testing policies, including those involving cannabis
- Advising on employment issues in corporate transactions, restructurings, and insolvencies

Salary/Rate Range: $145,000.00 – $205,000.00
