Today Pinnacle is looking for a new business developer who can thrive introducing their cleaning and facility services by networking with business leaders in the region. The role requires you to meet with 10-12 businesses each week (meetings are generally 40-55 minutes each) with a goal of bringing on a host of new clients each month.
You'll find that the clients you bring on stay impressed with Pinnacle because the company significantly incents its cleaning and facility services staff based on customer satisfaction (they literally receive bonuses based on good customer scores ).
The position offers a strong salary (budgeted at $60,000), along with a monthly car allowance totalling $12,000/year, and - perhaps most importantly - a very strong performance incentive plan that can see your total income exceed $150,000 if you meet the requirements of the role.
You will also be well supported with an exceptional training program .

- Some exposure to a skilled and measured sales role
