In this full time role, you will enhance the effectiveness of Loss Prevention Programs while ensuring compliance with established standards. By assisting in training, reviewing operational reports, and participating in shoplifting blitzes, you play a vital role in maintaining store security. Flexibility in learning and strong communication skills are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support all Loss Prevention Programs in-store
• Review cash variances and detect anomalies
• Conduct training for new Agents and ongoing development
• Participate in quarterly shoplifting prevention events
• Organize store tours and review procedures
Requirements:
• 2+ years of Loss Prevention experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must comply with dress code policy
• Ability to work various shifts including nights
