The successful candidate will assist in managing renewals, triage requests, and facilitate client interactions throughout the annual program lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Account Director on business placements
• Act as day-to-day client contact for communications
• Manage certificate and invoice issuance during peak periods
• Assist in broking services on renewals and placements
• Oversee client’s tendering process and negotiations
Requirements:
• RIBO Level 1 License required
• Experience in insurance or construction preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Systems EPIC is a plus
• Robust written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
