Enhance workplace functionality as a Facilities Management Officer. Oversee facilities coordination and support to ensure safe, productive operations in a hybrid environment.
This role requires at least 3 years of experience in facilities coordination or a related operational support position. Your expertise in office operations, health and safety, and property administration will be pivotal in this dynamic contract position. You will manage internal service requests, vendor relations, and workplace improvements while fostering a compliant and functional office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily facilities support for office operations
• Serve as primary contact for workplace-related inquiries
• Manage office moves, seating adjustments, and setups




• Oversee small-scale improvements and repairs
• Track service requests and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in facilities coordination or similar role
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field preferred
• Facilities Management certification is an asset
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Fluent in English for effective communication
Drive operational excellence by facilitating workplace services and vendor management to promote a productive office atmosphere.
