Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate specializing in Vacation Home Co-Ownership and Short-Term Rental (STR) Investments. The role involves contacting and qualifying 300-400 inbound leads daily and set discovery meetings with the BDM team. Responsibilities include delivering compelling sales pitches, sitting in on demos and presentations, communicating effectively with the sales team,
and contributing to Sonno Homes' mission of promoting accessible and profitable vacation property investments.
Qualifications
- 1+ Years in Sales and/or Real Estate (Telephone Preferred)
- Strong Communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, 9am-6pm
- Positive mindset mandatory, team-attitude, and willingness to go above-and-beyond for team and clients
- Experience in real estate sales, telemarketing, solar sales, or any door-to-door sales, is a plus.
- Must be based in the US, Canada or the UK
Salary starts at $45,000 USD plus bonus per meeting set. First year OTE $97,000 USD - $123,000 USD minimum. Room to move into BDM role within 6 months.
