Drive direct sales of document destruction services as a Field Sales Executive. Engage customers through personal visits, building a robust pipeline in Halifax and surrounding areas.
This role is responsible for all aspects of the sales process, including sourcing, qualifying opportunities, and closing sales. You will collaborate with management to set measurable sales targets and develop effective strategies for your territory. Becoming an expert in service offerings and competitor solutions is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote document destruction services to potential customers
• Maintain and grow a self-sourced sales pipeline
• Set monthly and annual sales targets with management




• Develop a targeted sales strategy for the territory
• Conduct cold calls and direct mail campaigns
Requirements:
• Preferred 1-3 years of sales experience in B2B
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong internet skills
• Valid driver’s license for territory travel
• Ability to maintain competitive knowledge
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers
