Key Responsibilities:
• Structure organizational models supporting acquisitions • Advise on HR strategies for leadership and structure • Align HR practices and communication across subsidiaries • Conduct organizational due diligence during acquisitions • Define talent management and succession plans
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or similar • Minimum 15 years in strategic HR roles • Proven experience in international organizational frameworks • Fluent in English and French communication • Strong analytical skills with HR technology adaptability
