As a Senior Scientist, you will lead groundbreaking research initiatives at the forefront of radioconjugate drugs. Your expertise will guide complex experiments, support project progression, and mentor junior scientists. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape scientific strategies that progress early discoveries toward clinical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead radioconjugate drug discovery research independently
• Execute complex experiments in radiation biology and immunohistochemistry
• Direct preclinical pharmacology studies and data interpretation
• Analyze and present results to project teams effectively
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior researchers
Requirements:
• PhD with 3+ years, or Master’s with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Robust background in tumor and radiation biology
• Proven ability to influence project direction and deliver scientific data

• Experience guiding scientists in experimental design
