Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the industrial mechanics for the mill
• Identify and rectify maintenance variances
• Ensure adherence to predictive maintenance protocols
• Collaborate on maintenance planning with scheduling
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Trades Certificate in Industrial Mechanics required
• Solid understanding of maintenance principles
• Ability to interpret operations manuals
• Competent in computerized maintenance management systems
