Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in performance creative strategy for Meta, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team management role.
- A robust portfolio of successful UGC/performance ad campaigns that aggressively scaled DTC brands.
- Advanced ability to analyze Meta performance data and turn numbers into clear, actionable creative briefs for the team.
- Expert grasp of rapid iteration, testing methodologies, and data-informed decision-making at scale.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and establishing systems for providing transparent, constructive feedback to creators and editors.
