This position is fixed-term and part-time, reporting directly to the Principal Investigator. You will play a crucial role in the Data Intelligence for Health Lab, contributing to creative digital health projects that leverage data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Core responsibilities include the development, validation, deployment, and documentation of machine learning models, alongside data curation and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and validate machine learning models for health projects • Curate and manage health data sets for analysis • Document and maintain source code and model versions • Assist in publishing research findings and presentations • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field • 1-2 years of machine learning experience required • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras • Strong understanding of deep learning and MLOps essentials • Experience with AWS SageMaker and high-performance computing preferred
