Simons is hiring a Department Manager to lead a sales floor in Toronto. The manager will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach associates, fostering service excellence and motivating them to deliver outstanding interactions.

Drive the Simons experience by setting high standards, training staff, and demonstrating exemplary service.

Curate visual displays and maintain merchandise availability in collaboration with Area Directors and the buying team.

Optimize department performance by assessing KPIs, identifying training needs, and implementing operational improvements.

Qualifications

5–7 years of retail management experience in fast‑paced, high‑traffic settings.

Strong fashion knowledge and the ability to anticipate and communicate trends.





Excellent customer service and leadership skills.

Strong collaboration and communication abilities to work effectively with staff and fellow managers.

Comfortable with retail technology and digital programs.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desirable; bilingualism is an asset.
